How often should I change my FilterQueen vacuum cone?

Plan to change the cone every other month if you vacuum weekly and at least monthly if you vacuum daily. Check more often if your home is large or has new carpet, if you have children, pets or if there is a lot of foot traffic in your house.

What happens if I don't change the cone?

There needs to be space available in the dirt compartment so that air can circulate and so that new debris can enter. Your vacuum cleaner loses suction power and stops picking up dirt when the cone is full.
