KwikiVac Store Policies
You must contact us before sending any merchandise back because returns without a return authorization are refused. We strongly urge you to read all KwikiVac policies on this page before placing your order.
Terms of Service
KwikiVac is an online only store. By using the KwikiVac website and placing an order with us, you certify that you understand and agree to our policies and are legally bound by their terms. You can read down the page to learn more or click one of the following links to quickly jump to a particular policy. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

We need your name, email address, mailing address, shipping address (if different), credit card number and card expiration date for your KwikiVac order. This information is used to fill your order and to communicate order status.
Pricing: The prices on this website are the current and correct product prices and prevail in all pricing decisions. We do not honor incorrect prices obtained from any other source or from advertisements or from any website other than this official KwikiVac website.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards in payment.
Canceling at our discretion: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason or no reason. The amount charged will be refunded if we cancel your order.
Shipping Policy and Rates
We DO NOT ship to APO / FPO addresses or to countries other than the United States. Within the United States, we only ship to the 48 continental states and to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to any U.S. territories or possessions.
To save you money on shipping, we ship most orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). In some cases, we ship directly from one of our regional warehouses via UPS Ground. We can also ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) upon your special request but we will adjust your order to reflect the more expensive UPS shipping rate.
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Weekday non-holiday orders for in stock merchandise usually leave our warehouse the day after you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and official Postal holidays are usually shipped the next business day such as Monday or Tuesday.
Priority Shipping: Priority is the default shipping option unless you choose Economy when you place your order. Priority is good when you need faster delivery. Priority shipments are usually delivered by the Post Office 4 business days or less after they leave our warehouse. Priority orders cost $3 and up more than Economy. A Priority order may be shipped via UPS directly from one of our regional warehouses if it will reach you faster that way.
Economy Shipping: Economy is an optional shipping method designed to save you money. We send Economy orders up to 13 ounces via First Class Mail and orders over 13 ounces by KwikiVac's choice of ground shipping method such as Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please note that First Class Mail and other ground shipping methods may take 10 business days or more for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates are based on the total dollar value of your order unless you request United Parcel Service (UPS). If you request UPS, we will bill the actual higher amount charged by UPS. We charge a weight surcharge of $0.99 per pound (maximum surcharge is $4.95 for orders 5 pounds and over).

Note 1. Priority Shipping orders $100 and over are shipped at a flat rate. The flat rate does not apply to orders exceeding 10 pounds. Orders over 10 pounds are charged actual cost if it exceeds the flat rate.
Note 2. Free Economy Shipping does not apply to orders exceeding 20 pounds. Orders over 20 pounds may be charged actual cost at our discretion.
3. Refused or Undeliverable Shipment
We reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs incurred on any refused or undeliverable shipment.
4. Out of Stock or "Backordered" Items
A. Backorders - Our order fill rate from inventory exceeds 95%. However, items may be temporarily out of stock or we may not have enough to completely fill your order. If so, we may send a partial shipment if you chose Priority Mail shipping. For Economy Mail orders, we generally hold your order a few days until our stock is replenished.
If you prefer not to have backorders, write "No Backorders" in the comments section when you place your order. We will explain the circumstances and offer you the option to cancel your order, receive a partial shipment, or wait until everything is in stock.
B. Substitutions - When we are out of stock on an item, we may substitute another item to fill your order. We always substitute items of equal or greater value and the same functional equivalence.
An example of equal value is replacing ABC brand generic vacuum bags with XYZ brand generic bags. An example of greater value is replacing Eureka F&G bags with Eureka F&G Premium bags.
Please contact us if you do not receive your Priority Shipping order within 4 business days. We will initiate a trace on your order.
Please contact us if you do not receive your Economy Shipping order within 10 business days. We will initiate a trace on your order.
If your merchandise is determined to be lost, you will need to place a claim with either the United States Postal Service (Post Office) or United Parcel Service (UPS), depending upon which shipping company was used for your order. We can provide you with a mailing receipt and a copy of your order.
Neither the post office or UPS consider a shipment as lost until 30 days has elapsed from date of shipment. However, we can help you get the claims process started as soon as we learn that your order may be lost.

1. Return Authorization Numbers
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. You are generally responsible for all shipping costs. See paragraphs 2 and 3 of this section for specific refund and exchange policies.
The RA Number must be written on the return shipping label and also on a copy of your invoice included with the return. Please have your invoice in hand when emailing for an RA Number. You will need this information:

2. Exchanges and Refunds
You must request a return authorization. You may return an unopened, unused item in its original unopened packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery confirmation for an exchange or refund. Here are the policies:
3. Incorrect or Damaged Item
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition in its unopened package to receive a full refund
- Opened packages of vacuum cleaner bags are not returnable
- Other opened items are charged up to 75% restocking fee depending on condition
- You must pay return postage
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- We will charge or refund any price difference for exchanged items
- You can request immediate shipment of exchanges. We will charge your credit card for any replacement item(s) we ship and then refund your card for the returned merchandise when it is received at our warehouse
- A shipping fee is deducted from refunds of merchandise that received free shipping
- Refunds are issued to the same credit card used for the purchase
- We refuse returns without a Return Authorization number
- We refuse COD returns
Contact Customer Service immediately if the item you received is not correct. These rules apply:
Contact Customer Service immediately if your merchandise was damaged during shipping. You may need to place a claim with the delivery company before we can send you a replacement. We reserve the right to collect or not collect any damaged goods you receive.
- If you ordered the wrong item, we replace it under the exchange policies of paragraph 2 above. You are responsible for return shipping to us and shipping of the replacement. Honesty is rewarded
- If KwikiVac sent the wrong item in error, we replace it with the right item. We will pay shipping for the replacement. We will pay for return shipping of the incorrect item but only if you get a return authorization and use the shipping method we specify
The manufacturers of products sold by KwikiVac assume all liability for their products including warranties. Replacement of defective products is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the product. We can assist you in obtaining the manufacturer's address and filing a claim.
We make every effort to resolve customer complaints and are proud of our customer service record. You can contact our customer service department using our online forms or by telephone at (520) 682-6868.
However, if you dispute a credit card charge for an order without first contacting us and allowing us to resolve the problem, we will seek every remedy available under the law to collect what you owe. This includes filing criminal charges for shoplifting, turning the account over to a collection agency and any other means at our disposal. We will assess all applicable fees and expenses we incur, including but not limited to:
- total of the original order
- bank chargeback fees
- statutory interest
- collection agency fees
- court costs and attorney fees
- miscellaneous fees and expenses
We do not have any customer rewards in effect at this time.
